Flow controllersFlow controllers provide a stable flow rate under varying pressure. An upstream-referenced controller maintains the flow rate as long as the upstream (inlet) pressure is held constant, while a downstream-referenced controller maintains a constant flow under constant downstream (outlet) pressure. VICI flow controllers are precision machined from aluminum or stainless bar stock to eliminate the contamination often found in die-cast parts. Positive flow shut-off is provided by an integral Viton®-sealed adjustment valve. In all our flow controllers, the inlet pressure must exceed the outlet pressure by 10 psi.
