Sales Analyst/ Marketing Coordinator
Position summaryResponsible for coordinating marketing projects, trade show activities and planning, product pricing, and internal and external reporting.
Essential functions
- Marketing Coordinator: Manage marketing activities and marketing materials for tradeshows, catalog, print, and web. Manage trade show activities and attend shows when necessary. Assist in creating new catalogs.
- Pricing: Assign prices to new products, and to existing products when there is a need for a price increase. Determine discounts based on the type of customer and quantities ordered. Review current pricing to verify accuracy and profitability.
- Business Reporting: Maintaining, running, and distributing daily, monthly, and yearly sales reports using Microsoft Office and SAP. Pulling data out of the database as requested. Running the weekly backorder report. Attending weekly management meetings to take minutes and track action items.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Guidelines
- B.S. or B.A. in scientific or business field. Experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
- Must have strong analytical skills and show great attention to detail.
